With this customer focus and a commitment to continuous business improvement Acorn Life launched its Distribution 21 strategy, an initiative focused on providing financial services for the 21st century. To help achieve this, Acorn Life engaged with Storm Technology to deliver business analysis services that would help drive the utilisation of modern IT solutions across the business.
To understand the business and technology needs, Storm's team focused on two streams, an out-and-out business stream led by a dedicated Business Analyst and a technical stream led by one of their solution specialists. Working with the Acorn Life technology team, the solution specialist set to work understanding the company's existing solution and how it worked day-to-day.
Having completed the business analysis project, Acorn is now armed with a blueprint for success that identifies key processes for their new document management solution and provides a framework for benchmarking return on investment.
