With an ambitious growth objective, SalesSense sought to formalise its commitment to delivery excellence and needed a solution that would help them transform and accelerate the growth of its delivery capabilities. To achieve this, they partnered with Storm Technology to help transform their CRM solution to help manage the customer lifecycle, from lead to client, while improving visibility into resource availability for better project planning.

The solution of choice was a dynamics model-driven app that utilizes the best Dynamics 365 Sales functionality including account and opportunity management. A Business Process flow was also implemented to help complement and reinforce the well-designed and implemented SalesSense operating model to drive new sales. Further integrations such as Outlook and SharePoint allowed for even more efficiency minimising the need to move between systems.

The new solution has delivered greater visibility for SaleSense while driving future growth, helping move opportunities through the sales funnel faster and maximising opportunities for up or cross-sell.
