In recent years, the rise of digital has shifted how we consume services with organisations trying to keep up with a more digitally aware public who have new expectations, a challenge only further accelerated by the pandemic. 75% of executives agreed that they regard digital transformation as becoming more urgent in light of the COVID-19 crisis, and 65% said that they anticipate increasing their investments in digital transformation.

With the buzzword ‘digital transformation’ being talked about for some time, its role in relation to business resilience was more evident than ever before in the aftermath of the global pandemic. Businesses further along their digital transformation were the ones who were able to adapt more quickly and, in some cases, thrive in the face of unexpected changes.

Join Storm and guest speaker Theresa Cloonan from Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council on 25th May at 10 am for some tips and tricks on building business resilience with insights into the role of digital transformation in supporting this and preparing for the future of work.
