The joint project earned the Best Customer Experience Impact Award, celebrating a bold reimagining of the automotive customer journey through digital innovation.
The award-winning initiative focused on transforming Windsor’s vehicle appraisal process, once a manual, paper-based system, into a fully digitised, customer-centric experience. Leveraging Microsoft’s Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Storm Technology delivered a scalable solution that empowers customers to complete self-serve appraisals remotely, while enabling Windsor to streamline operations across its 11 nationwide branches.
