What Is the Bridge to Cloud Promotion?

The Bridge to Cloud 3 promotion offers eligible customers a 30% discount on three-year term subscriptions for Business Central if they commit to their Business Central online migration by December 31st, 2027.

Under the Bridge to Cloud 3 offer, customers with an active Enhancement Plan (EP) can renew at no additional cost during the promotional term. BTC3 will also include additional savings for businesses with high concurrency that are migrating from NAV to Business Central online.

What Does This Mean for Business Central On-Premises Users?

For businesses still running on-prem versions of Business Central, the promotion provides a timely opportunity to modernise their ERP system before costs rise. Additionally, support for on-premises systems is steadily being reduced, while cloud-first innovation continues to accelerate. Moving to the cloud ensures that businesses don’t miss out on new features, integrations, and security updates.

Benefits of Migrating to Business Central Online

Moving to Business Central in the cloud is about more than just cost savings. It unlocks significant long-term business advantage:

Regular Upgrades - With the cloud version of Business Central, updates and new features are delivered automatically, ensuring businesses always have the latest capabilities and security features without the hassle of manual upgrades.

Lower Infrastructure Costs - Cloud eliminates the need for expensive on-premises servers, storage, and maintenance. This reduces IT overhead while providing enterprise-grade reliability.

Enhanced Security and Compliance - Microsoft invests heavily in cloud security and compliance, giving businesses confidence that their data is protected and compliant with global standards.

Scalability and Flexibility - As a cloud-based solution, Business Central Online allows businesses to easily scale the number of users and functionality up or down as needed, ensuring organisations have a solution that can adapt in line with evolving needs.

Integration with Microsoft Ecosystem - The cloud version of Business Central integrates seamlessly with Microsoft solutions like Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure services, helping organisations unlock new levels of productivity and business intelligence.

With the Bridge to Cloud 3 promotion ending on the 31st of December 2027, the next year is critical for organisations to plan their migration. By moving to Business Central online, companies not only benefit from significant cost savings, but also gain security, scalability, and access to innovation that will help them stay competitive in the years ahead.
