With the festivities in full swing, we at Storm would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support in 2023. We look forward to working with you all again in the New Year.
Our team will be taking a well-deserved break during this period, with our offices closed between Friday 22nd of December 2023, and Monday 1st of January 2024, inclusive.
Normal office hours resume on Tuesday 2nd of January 2024.
Please note should you experience a system outage or any major issue during the festive period, our mailbox will be monitored for critical P1/P2 incidents during business hours (09:00 - 17:30) on all non-bank holiday days. Please use the escalation details included in your Support Agreement.
