With the festivities in full swing, we at Storm would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support in 2025. We look forward to working with you all again in the New Year.
Our team will be taking a well-deserved break during this period. Our offices will be closed between Tuesday, December 24th, 2025 and Wednesday, January 1st, 2026, inclusive.
Normal office hours resume on Friday 2nd of January 2026.
Should you experience a system outage or any major issue during the festive period, our mailbox will be monitored for critical P1/P2 incidents during business hours (09:00 - 17:30) on all non-bank holiday days. Please use the escalation details included in your Support Agreement.
