Storm Technology, a Littlefish Group company, is proud to announce that its transformation project with leading energy solutions provider, NetZero Group, has been awarded Tech Excellence Private Sector Project of the Year 2026, recognising the impact of a large-scale digital transformation that has unified operations and supported significant business growth.

The award-winning NetZero project saw the group-wide implementation of construction-tailored ERP, 4PS Construct, alongside corporate performance management tool, Solver. A project that has delivered significant operational and financial benefits across the organisation.
With real-time visibility now available across finance and operations, leadership teams are empowered to make faster, data-driven decisions at group level. One of the most notable improvements has been in financial reporting. Previously, month-end close processes relied on multiple systems and manual consolidation, often taking more than 25 days. Since project go-live, this has been reduced to just 10 days, dramatically improving reporting timelines and enabling greater agility.
Commenting on the project, Kevin Nolan, Chief Finance Officer at NetZero Group, said: "Since the implementation of 4PS Construct and Solver we have unlocked significant time savings as a business. The finance team now has more time available to focus on value-add activities like understanding the key drivers of business performance, providing key insights, enabling better decision-making, and spending more time on financial planning and analysis, which is instrumental to the group, given our ambitious growth targets."
