We are in the midst of the fourth industrial revolution, where technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), and Mixed Reality pervade and play an ever-increasing role in our society. However, for society to thrive in this new world, nations and communities need to adopt these technologies ethically and ensure that everyone possesses the right skills and opportunity to have a seat at the table.
This is where the Microsoft Partner Pledge comes in. Focusing in on four critical goals, Digital Skills, Diversity, Responsible and Ethical AI, and Sustainability, the pledge aims to use technology as a force for good. Helping Ireland prepare for the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution by acting as an ambassador of Microsoft Ireland's Digital Skills initiatives and supporting the development of digital careers via work experience opportunities, apprenticeships and outreach initiatives.

Working to ensure that our industry reflects and supports society and that we keep working to improve the diversity of our technology workforce.
Responsible & Ethical AI
Ensuring Artificial Intelligence is developed in a responsible and ethical way, consistent with the four AI design principles; Fairness, Accountability, Explainable and Ethics.
